Nope, our warehouse is 100% open to anyone who needs tile supplies or returning samples. Just come to the warehouse door in our parking lot.

I purchased tile at another store but need finishing pieces. Can you help with that?

Sorry we can't. Our finishing pieces are made to match the tile we sell. It's like buying a couch that's missing a cushion and trying to find one that matches.

We do take back returns of stock items in good condition. When you return items to the big box stores they either get put back on the shelf regardless of the dye lots or tossed in the garbage.
